Leak-resistant roofing
Concealed-Fix ASA-PVC Roof Sheets
A clean, modern roof with no exposed screws. Our ASA-PVC roof sheets hide every fixing beneath the panels for fewer leak points, and never rust or need painting.

How it works
Why concealed fixing makes a better roof
On a conventional IBR or corrugated roof, every screw punches a hole through the top of the sheet. Over time, washers perish, screws loosen and those holes become the leak points that cause stained ceilings.
Our concealed-fix ASA-PVC roof sheets hide the screws beneath the roofing panels. Each sheet interlocks with the next, so the fixings are protected from the weather and the surface stays smooth and unbroken. You get superior weather protection, a sleek modern appearance and far fewer places for water to get in.
Because the sheets are PVC with a protective ASA top layer, they won’t rust, they resist fading and they never need painting.

Key features
Engineered for South African weather
Concealed fixing
Screws sit hidden beneath the overlapping panels, so there are no exposed punctures for water to find.
Hail resistant
Tough sheets designed to stand up to Highveld hailstorms.
UV resistant
An ASA weathering layer protects the sheet and its colour from harsh South African sun.
Corrosion free
PVC doesn’t rust — ideal for coastal, industrial and high-humidity environments.
Heat insulation
Helps keep the space below cooler in summer than a bare metal roof.
Sound insulation
Dampens the drumming of rain and hail for a quieter home.
Fire retardant
Formulated not to support the spread of flame.
Lightweight
Easier to handle on the roof and lighter on the supporting structure.
Painting free
The colour is part of the sheet — no painting now or in future.
Compared
ASA-PVC vs traditional metal roof sheets
| Concealed-fix ASA-PVC | Exposed-fix metal sheeting | |
|---|---|---|
| Exposed screws through the sheet | No — concealed fixing | Yes |
| Rust and corrosion | Corrosion free | Can rust, especially at cut edges and screws |
| Painting | Never needed | Needed periodically to protect and refresh |
| Rain and hail noise | Reduced by sound insulation | Can be loud without insulation |
| Heat transfer | Insulating | Conducts heat readily |
FAQ
ASA-PVC roof sheet questions, answered
Can't find your answer? Call or WhatsApp Hannes on 082 521 2266.
What is an ASA-PVC roof sheet?
It is a PVC roofing sheet with a surface layer of ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate), a weather- and UV-resistant resin. The PVC body gives strength, insulation and corrosion resistance, while the ASA layer protects the sheet and its colour from the sun.
What does “concealed fix” mean?
On a concealed-fix system the screws are hidden beneath the roofing panels instead of being driven through the top of the sheet. That removes the exposed puncture points where most roof leaks start, protects the fixings from the weather and gives a smoother, more modern look.
Do ASA-PVC roof sheets rust?
No. PVC is corrosion free, so there are no rusty cut edges or screw holes to worry about — a big advantage over metal sheeting.
Are PVC roof sheets noisy in the rain?
They are designed to provide sound insulation, so rain and hail are noticeably quieter than on a bare metal roof.
What colours are available?
Our recent projects include brick red and charcoal sheets. Contact us for current colours, profiles and lengths.
Where can I use ASA-PVC roof sheets?
